ABOUT US

Company History

Before establishing K & CC, we began our culinary journey by preparing meals for family and friends at home. To test the market, we introduced our Milk Fish at a local market in Edmonton, where we successfully sold all 500 jars in a single day.

This pivotal moment inspired us to expand our offerings and pursue larger-scale production. Since then, we have developed a diverse range of products, currently produced in a commercial kitchen, with plans to expand to a larger facility in the near future.

K & CC's is an Alberta-registered corporation, holding regulatory approval to produce food as a Health Food Certified Business. We are part of the GS1 Canada Trade-Readiness Certification Program and are licensed by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) to ensure compliance with food safety standards for our gourmet products.
